Make your first scene

  1. Sign in with your ChatGPT account. Check the account shown in your credit wallet before buying. Your credits belong to that account.
  2. Plan your story and write or edit a scene's visual prompt and dialogue. Choose its length, then save your edits.
  3. Buy one credit pack through Stripe: 250 credits for $9.99 USD, 750 for $24.99 USD, or 1,500 for $44.99 USD. These are one-time purchases.
  4. Return to your wallet after payment. Credits appear after payment is verified. If delivery is delayed, use Refresh balance and purchases before attempting another purchase.
  5. Generate a scene after confirming its displayed credit cost. Five seconds costs 25 credits; ten seconds costs 50. Check video progress to view the existing job without submitting a new generation.
  6. Play and download the finished clip. Keep a copy on your device.

What you are buying

Credits pay for short vertical 480p AI scene clips with audio. You supply the scene prompts and dialogue. Generated appearance, movement, and dialogue may vary. This is not automatic production of a complete episode. Public episode publishing and episode sales are not available.

Refund and cancellation policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused credits, except where required by law. Failed or canceled scenes return reserved TaleTyme credits to your balance; this is not a cash refund.

You can leave Stripe Checkout before completing payment. Credit packs are one-time purchases, with no recurring subscription to cancel. Contact support about duplicate charges, missing delivery, or other billing errors.

If something goes wrong

Confirmed failed or canceled scenes return reserved TaleTyme credits. An uncertain submission keeps credits reserved until its outcome is resolved. Do not repeatedly submit an uncertain job. Returned TaleTyme credits are different from a refund to your payment card.

For missing credits, billing errors, or video problems, contact taletymestudio@gmail.com with your account reference from the wallet, purchase date, and story title. Never send passwords, API keys, or full payment card details.

Your account

Story drafts and task references are backed up to your signed-in account. Payments use Stripe; scene prompts and selected references are sent to the video provider to generate your clip. Use your own account on shared devices, and sign out when finished. Account references help support identify a balance; they are not passwords.
