Account and story data

ChatGPT sign-in supplies an account identifier and, when available, your email address. TaleTyme uses the account identifier to separate private drafts, reference images, video task references, purchases, and credit balances. Combined videos saved to your TaleTyme account are stored privately and removed when you delete the project. Uploaded scene music is stored privately with your account. Music mixing runs on your device; download the mixed video to keep it. Drafts are stored in your browser and backed up in hosted account storage. Signing out does not erase browser copies; take care on shared devices.

Payments and video providers

Stripe processes payments on its checkout page. TaleTyme stores purchase identifiers, amounts, payment states, and credit records to deliver and reconcile purchases. Full card details are entered on Stripe Checkout, not in TaleTyme forms.

Your scene prompts and selected reference images are sent to Runway and its applicable model providers to generate video. Generated media is displayed or downloaded from provider output. OpenAI/Sites provides hosting and authentication. Those providers handle data under their own policies.

Storage and support

Stored drafts and task references let you reopen work; purchase and credit records support accounting and payment reconciliation. Operational logs may be used to diagnose failures. Emailing support shares the information you include. Do not include sensitive credentials or full payment details.

For a data request, contact us from the email associated with your account and include the account reference from your wallet. Some payment and accounting records may need to remain to resolve transactions or meet applicable requirements.
