Credit purchases

Credit packs are one-time USD purchases. Your wallet displays the pack price and the account receiving the credits. Credits are delivered after verified payment. Check that you are using the intended account before paying.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused credits, except where required by law. Contact support about billing errors or missing delivery.

Scene generation

The displayed credit cost must be confirmed before generation. Confirmed failed or canceled scenes return reserved TaleTyme credits. Uncertain submissions remain reserved until resolved. Returning credits is not a cash refund. AI output may vary in appearance, dialogue, and movement; a successful generation is not a guarantee of a particular creative result.

You supply prompts and references and are responsible for having permission to use uploaded material. Provider content rules apply. Download and keep your finished videos. Automatic complete-episode production, public episode publishing, and episode sales are not currently offered.

Help

Contact support with your account reference, purchase date, and story title for payment or generation problems. Do not send passwords, API keys, or full card details. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
